Easier Tile Selection

I would like it to be easier to select things like the rainbow background in the Lab tileset and the Outside tileset tiles in the Space Station sheet.

I know you can select the rainbow BG in manual mode, what I meant was in multi mode you should be able to select it too, you just can't place tiles.
