Is there a way to flip Terminals upside-down?

If I recall, there are upside-down Terminals on the Ship in the actual VVVVVV game. There's no way to flip them upside-down in this game, though.

This one's still a bit hidden, but VVVVVV 2.3 (currently set to be released next month) adds upside down terminals. I'll add a tool and proper display for it in Ved, but you can change property p1 to 1 on a terminal entity to make it upside-down! It should then appear correctly when playing the level in 2.3.
